Summer Sprint Super Early Bird $825
Available June 16, 2026 through September 3, 2026

On-Site $1,125
Available January 13, 2027 through January 19, 2027
On-Site Day Pass $595
Good for one day only/only available at on-site registration from January 13, 2027 through January 19, 2027

Special Registration Rates

Artist $70 (Special APAP 70th Anniversary Rate!)
Available to both represented and self-represented artists from June 16, 2026 through January 19, 2027. Registrants at this rate are not eligible to purchase an EXPO booth but can buy showcase listings. To exhibit, you must purchase a full registration and have an organizational membership.
Student $205
Available June 16, 2026 through January 19, 2027 to full-time college students. Registrants at this rate are not eligible to purchase an EXPO booth or showcase listings.
International Attendee $500 (NEW!)
To qualify for this rate, you or your organization must be based outside the United States and/or be an official foreign government-funded cultural affairs office, consulate, or cultural division/section. Available June 16, 2026 through January 19, 2027.

Note:

  • If you plan to exhibit, it is more cost effective to have one person register and then purchase booth badges ($320 per badge) for the rest of your team (up to either 3 or 7, depending on how many booths you buy).
  • If you have artist(s) in your group, you can register them at the Artist Rate ($70).

Group Discount 10-20% off
For groups of 4 or more, including international delegations.
  • 10% off groups of 4-6
  • 15% off groups of 7-9
  • 20% off groups of 10 or more

Applicable only to summer sprint, early bird, regular, and on-site rates and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Participation Assistance Fund (PAF)

This conference would not be possible without the dedicated support of members and the revenue from conference registration fees.

The Participation Assistance Fund (PAF) offers $300 off of registration to those who need additional support to attend conference. To apply for support through the Participation Assistance Fund, complete this form. Award Notifications will be sent on a rolling basis while funds last. Please wait for notification before registering as PAF funds cannot be applied retroactively. PAF funds only apply cannot be combined with other registration offers.

Volunteer Opportunities

Both student and professional volunteers help to support the APAP|NYC conference. Students and young professionals gain behind-the-scenes experience, and seasoned professionals offer their APAP expertise. As a volunteer, you’ll receive complimentary registration and access to discounted hotel rates.

Health and Safety/Code of Conduct

Every registrant must agree to the following Health and Safety Protocols, as well as the APAP|NYC Code of Conduct. APAP reserves the right to remove anyone from the conference or to revoke or deny APAP|NYC related rights to anyone who engages in conduct deemed to be harassment toward others.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds of any APAP|NYC 2027 registration products must be submitted and received in writing by Tuesday, December 15, 2026 to apapnyc@apap365.org and will be refunded less a 30% administrative fee. Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval and are not guaranteed.

An exhibit space/meeting space is refundable (less a 30% administrative fee) only if it is immediately resold to an existing wait-listed customer. Otherwise, they are non-refundable.
